This Privacy Policy ("Policy") has been prepared by FabuLAB Eğitim ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("FabuLab") within the scope of our disclosure obligations under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"). This policy explains the principles regarding the collection, processing, storage and protection of the personal data of visitors and users during the operation of our website at www.fabulab.com.tr (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy covers only personal data; information that is not considered personal data is outside the scope of this policy.

FabuLab may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective as soon as it is published on the Site. 4. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, LEGAL GROUNDS AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

FabuLab collects, processes and protects your personal data in full compliance with the PDPL and related legislation. Your personal data may be collected electronically, automatically or non-automatically, through: The "Contact" form on the Site, Cookies and similar technologies, User feedback, e-mail correspondence or request forms. These data are processed for the purposes of: Visiting the Site, Allowing you to benefit from our services, Responding to requests, suggestions or complaints, System administration and ensuring Site security, Providing updates, announcements and mandatory notifications, Responding to official authority requests. 5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES AND TRANSFER ABROAD

Your personal data may, limited to the purposes set out in this Policy, be transferred to: Domestic and international server, cloud computing, archive and IT service providers, Business partners, suppliers, consultancy firms, Authorized public institutions and organizations, courts or law enforcement agencies. Transfers are made within the framework of data security measures envisaged by the PDPL.

FabuLab takes appropriate physical, technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data. In this context, protection is provided against the risks of loss, unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. RETENTION PERIODS

Your personal data will be retained for the periods specified in the PDPL and related legislation or as long as the processing purposes remain. At the end of the period, data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
