Biography
Muhammed Sinan is a developer who blends his academic education at the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Middle East Technical University (METU) with the disciplines of software engineering and data science. Throughout his undergraduate studies, he has built a strong technical foundation in programming languages, object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms, and he works on innovative projects that bridge educational technologies and modern software ecosystems.
His research and development focus centers on mobile and web architectures that optimize both user experience (UX) and technical performance. In mobile application development, he is proficient in React Native and Kotlin (Jetpack Compose), enabling him to produce both cross-platform and native solutions. He combines this expertise with projects such as the AI-supported peer assessment platform Peercept, developed using the Next.js and React ecosystem, where he manages processes involving the handling of complex data and transforming it into educational tools.
His technical portfolio supports scalable full-stack solutions by leveraging his depth in TypeScript, Java, Python, and Kotlin, alongside PostgreSQL, Node.js (Express.js), and modern libraries. Sinan also works on integrating data science and machine learning models into application workflows, conceptualizing technological infrastructure as a strategic component that enriches the learning experience.
